An amazing dream turned into a project and now that project is about to see the light.

I feel so lucky to watch the whole thing develop before my eyes.

Gael is the name of the new mediterranean chique inspired restaurant, who is going to open it's doors on April 12th. 

Frogner is about to get ever trendier and I can't wait...
